By downloading or using the GrowSabz application ("App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.

2. Description of Service

GrowSabz is a locally-hosted, offline-first personal gardening companion application. It provides tools for plant management, task reminders, and garden tracking. The application operates entirely on your local device.

3. Data Privacy and AI Disclaimer

We respect your privacy. As detailed in our Privacy Policy:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on remote servers. All your gardening data remains on your device.
• No Artificial Intelligence: The App does not utilize any AI algorithms to process your data, track your behavior, or generate automated decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

Because the App stores data locally, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups of your data using the provided export/import functionality. We cannot recover lost data if your device is damaged, lost, or the app is uninstalled.
• Ensuring the security of your device to protect your locally stored information.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to the GrowSabz development team. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
